Refund Policy

As Let Us Heal NPC is a non‑profit organisation, donations are generally considered final and non‑refundable.

However, refund requests may be reviewed in cases such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect payment amounts
• Unauthorised transactions

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

Customers may request a refund, replacement, or exchange where:

• An incorrect item was received
• The item arrived damaged
• The item is defective

Requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Proof of purchase and supporting photographs may be required.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
